Quando si possono usare le gomme estive?
Tutto l'anno, tranne dove un'ordinanza chiede le gomme invernali (di solito dal 15 novembre al 15 aprile): lì, con le estive, servono le catene a bordo.
Entro quando devo togliere le invernali?
Solo le invernali con un codice di velocità più basso di quello del libretto vanno tolte: si possono usare fino al 15 maggio, poi servono gomme con il codice del libretto (di solito le estive).
Quanti millimetri di battistrada deve avere una gomma usata?
Il minimo di legge è 1,6 mm. Su ogni gomma indichiamo i millimetri misurati e le trovi divise per battistrada: da 7 mm in su, tra 5 e 7 mm, sotto i 5 mm.
Che misura devo comprare?
La misura scritta sul libretto (carta di circolazione) della tua auto, con indici di carico e velocità uguali o più alti. Una misura diversa va verificata prima con il tuo gommista.
Come capisco quanti anni ha una gomma?
Dal DOT sul fianco: le ultime quattro cifre sono la settimana e l'anno di produzione. Per esempio 2321 vuol dire 23ª settimana del 2021.
